From my point of view, military is a reference in terms of organization, efficiency, performance, ... there are very few organizations in this world where "top performance" aquires its whole meaning.
The book is interesting, very well structured and the key elements for a top performance team are clearly explained and supported with some examples. I miss the points when not everything, a battleship in operation is always a battleship, run so well.
A good reference to have always around to refresh some ideas.
