I am a really big fan of Mr. Peters' work since long time ago, when my father invited me to read "In Search of Excellence". Mr. Peters' twits or information available in his web provide insightful and valuable information to the profesional world.
"The Excellence Dividend" surprisingly is a weird formatted e-book, difficult to read ( way too different from my "Re-Imagine" ). Nonetheless if someone corrects the formatting, the e-book comprises a valuable level of information (most of this information has thoroughly been "presented" by Mr. Peter along these years) to refresh form time to time, in order to keep up with the lifetime pursuit of excellence.
